Our Return Policy
We believe in our products and are confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a credit only if the following conditions are met:
- Products are returned to Enlight at the address below, with all freight and shipping paid by you.
- The product must be delivered to us within 21 days of delivery to you. ?Delivery? is three business days after the shipping date.
- All returns must be unused and unopened, with seals unbroken and in resalable condition. We have the discretion to accept or decline returned items based on the reason for return and the condition of the packaging.
- We will not issue credit for items purchased through a retail store or any location other than our online store. These items must be returned to the store and are subject to their return policy.
Because our ingredients are all natural, it?s common for products to vary in color, texture, and scent. If you are not familiar with our products or with essential oils in general, we recommend purchasing sample sizes first to find out if they are a good fit for your body. Due to their size and purpose, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for samples.
Please repackage your returned items carefully, and ship them using delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
